I'm looking for a cofounder.

Hey! I have been building cool projects for clients in the Bay Area and Europe for the past 9 years. I am looking for a cofounder who is serious about building something useful using the latest technology, research and open source projects available.

As the barrier to entry for building software and hardware products continues to fall, I believe shooting even higher than ever is possible and realistic.

Who am I?

I believe technology and science are the most powerful tools humans can use to do whatever we want. The data to build alien-like technology and solve the most challenging problems is out there, a company is a vector towards a narrow goal or set of goals, but this only depends on its stage. I try to think as much as I can from first principles, and there is no scientific explanation that wouldn't make me adapt if evidence is presented.

What is the plan?

The high level plan is to do something useful using the latest research, open source technologies and the creativity we bring together. Not being afraid to do "things that don't scale" to experiment and try what works and what doesn't.

We can talk in detail about what specific products I want to build or the areas I am interested in and why.

Who I am not?

I think the United States and American entrepreneurs have been in a constant decline in terms of their ability to execute. Fed by an absolutely ridiculous mainstream narrative in social platforms that I deem far from useful. I think many people today write in a tone that feels from a primitive society, trapped in consequences from the past, and driving hype and valuing attention more than anything else. Overexploiting emotional responses, rage bait and victim mindsets. I will not entertain conversations if they are not seriously aiming towards building something using all of your brain and capacity. This is to say, that I will not follow crowds in ways of thinking or any mainstream narrative that does not make sense to me. And many mainstream ideas and narratives do not make sense to me currently.

What I value the most

I value authenticity, forming opinions of your own, being in constant awe for nature, science and I do think optimism is a very important factor. I value contrast, and forming your own philosophies in life, pragmatism, hard work, non-complacency, and an attitude of constantly learning and being able to run experiments to gather more data and re-strategize. I value someone who knows and understands the system does not provide all answers and in fact constrains human potential. That being said, we need to have some substantial common ground, at least about the future and ways to solve problems together and enjoy working together.

People I admire and look up to

In order maybe, Isaac Newton, Elon Musk, Albert Einstein. I admire Elon Musk and also criticize him.

If you like what you read, let's talk

If you like what you read, let's chat. I am taking very seriously finding the right person to build with for the next 3-5 years as a commitment and maybe more. Some options I propose:

1) We can work on a smaller project together for some time and see how it goes.

2) We can meet in person in San Francisco during May and June and discuss details.

3) We can polish together an early strategy and apply to YC or another incubator.
